Terms

1.1 The Client acknowledges that trading in financial markets involves significant risk, including but not limited to the potential loss of capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

1.2 Oro Wealth does not guarantee any profits, returns, or specific outcomes from the use of its trading robot or any related services.

1.3 The Client agrees that they are solely responsible for any trading decisions made while using the trading robot, including any losses incurred.

2.1 The Client expressly agrees that Oro Wealth, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives shall not be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from:

• The use or malfunction of the trading robot.

• Market fluctuations or unforeseen market events.

• Technical failures, including but not limited to software glitches, system errors, or internet disruptions.

• Any misinterpretation, misunderstanding, or misapplication of trading strategies implemented by the robot.

2.2 The Client understands that all trading decisions made while using the trading robot are their sole responsibility and that Oro Wealth does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

3.1 The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oro Wealth from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to the use of the trading robot.

4.1 Oro Wealth does not act as a fiduciary for the Client and has no obligation to act in the Client’s best interest beyond providing the agreed-upon trading services.
